LiLo Open Days

LiLo Open Days are gatherings with a strong focus on building and strengthening relations, but they are also where we do a lot of the work in shaping LiLo. The Open Days also allow us to know each other better, build new experiences and memories together and reflect on our pathway, paving the ways for new adventures in building epistemically potent environments and complex knowings.

Format

The Open Days are hybrid (online/in-presence) events. Typically, the Open Days run over weekends (2 days). The programme is structured around the integration of embodied activities, reflexivity, and dialogue, enabling moments of reflection, experiential engagement, and imaginal exploration.

(Hybrid) The events have working sessions on both days, at different times to serve different time zones. These sessions are loosely coupled.  The second session on Sunday, builds on/review what comes out of Saturday.

(In presence) For Associates who have the opportunity to travel to LiLo House, there are also complementary in-presence (physical) activities, including opportunities for engaging with nature, and for assisting with renovation work.

Focus

For 2026, the working focus of the events is the collaborative scoping and co-creation of a LiLo Manifesto(ing) – emphasising the complementary processual nature of the co-construction and its product(s).

This is part of continuing theme of (Re)Becoming LiLo, focusing on exploring key processes and practices supporting our own preferred organisation and obtaining inspiration from Life, Love and Systems of Wisdom.
