LiLo Enacted. LiLo has many expressions:

• Community & Family: A group building long-term transformative bonds to take risks, learn together, navigate uncertainty, recover from perturbations and pursue ambitious goals. A safe place to return to, where we’re known and valued; where we grow in the transformative effects of experiences of Love emerging from our being and becoming together and shared growth.
• Home: The LiLo House holds our history and memories, offering spaces for being, living, thinking and working together (e.g. work spaces, shared kitchen, leisure areas, garden). It supports individual residencies and collective events, designed to enable transformative interactions.
• Living Organisation: We grow organically, inspired by Nature’s rhythms and seasons. We self-organise guided by our values and principles, remaining coupled with our environments and adapting accordingly. We’re in constant formation, becoming together, in diversity, while maintaining coherence.
• Laboratory & Knowledge Production Organisation: We experiment with new ways of producing complex knowings about Life and Love. Our exploratory, Inter/transdisciplinary work is discovery-oriented. We’re an incubator of ideas and a Laboratory for experimenting with practices for epistemically potent environments; our associates can self-organise around thematic focuses; Our collective activities focus annual themes emerging from our internal and external dialogues
• Process-Focused Research: Activities operate on two levels—focused on contents and on designing and reseaching the processes for epistemically potent environments that facilitate such research.
• Catalysts and Incubators: We develop ideas for addressing complex issues, experiment, and bring them to other contexts. We share learnings and practices to inspire change and strengthen similar initiatives, scaffolding others’ development.
• Transformative learning space: A context for complex forms of (co) learning and teaching
• Sanctuary: A safe, trust-based space for genuine meeting, vulnerability, relief from external stressors, and connection with transcendental values and Nature. A space for “slow” time and experiencing/creating Beauty.
• Club: Where we socialize, enjoy each other’s company, and have fun together.
• Socially and ecologically attuned collective: we remain attuned to the social-ecological systems we inhabit, addressing difficult questions from real communities with real needs. We aim to connect with the contexts of our Associates.
