LiLo is a non-profit Association according to Portuguese Law. As, such it has a formal constitution including mandatory bodies, such as a Management Board, General Assembly and Audit Council.
Building on these foundations, we have built additional statutory bodies that embody a more collaborative mode of working together (Coordinating Circle) and others for consultation (Supporting Circle). Decision making is by consent/consensus (and instrumented through a final formal vote).

We are a reflexive organisation and attend to the evolvability of our processes and protocols, within the statutory framework we operate.
