Aims

  • Creating, facilitating and investigating epistemically potent environments for complex knowings and modes of knowing and associated qualities (e.g., aesthetic, ethical, political);
  • Supporting and fostering more complex individual and collective modes of knowing, particularly with regard to understanding and expanding possibilities for action in the face of complex challenges;
  • Facilitating, promoting and sustaining complex, collaborative, creative and evolving cultures, communities and ecologies of knowledge and practices, based on a fabric of transformative relations;
  • Produce complex knowings on the themes of Life (the processes underlying living systems as well as the forms of Life in these systems) and Love (as a complex multidimensional phenomenon, and as a supreme quality of relations, with potentially positive transformative effects on individuals and their interactions, that contribute to the organisation of positive ways of living in community, in which the best of each entity is organised and mobilised for the best of another), and their relations;
  • Producing complex knowings that are relevant to tackling complex challenges that affect certain communities and the practices that sustain them;
  • Promote the dissemination and application of complex knowings and modes of knowing, particularly about the promotion and facilitation of epistemically potent environments.
