We did it!

On June 23rd, 2025, the legal procedures for submitting the founding constitution of the LiLo Institute were completed at the Notary in Estarreja, Portugal. This was the culmination of a long process of co-construction within the LiLo community, aiming to build the solid, but flexible, foundations to support the evolution of the Institute into the future…

Our next step is to convene an Assembly to appoint the various officers/representatives of our governing bodies (most mandated by Law), which allows for further necessary legal, financial, administrative, and operational steps to be taken.

This post announces the birth of LiLo as an official entity in the world.
